Sandrine Pagny

Sandrine Pagny is born in Echirolles, France, in 1978.
After her studies at the Ecole des Beaux-arts of Grenoble, she worked for several years for the Jousse Entreprise Gallery. Marvelling by the beauty of ceramics she will discover there, she then decided to study this new art form at the Ecole Supérieure d’Arts Appliqués Duperré.
After her training, she obtains a scholarship for arts and crafts from the City of Paris which will allow her to improve herself and set up her own approach.
While working in collective workshops and teaching ceramic, she develops her own universe artistic and since 2016, she creates a collection named «I’m Not a Fucking Unicorn».
In 2017, she moved her workshop in Burgundy.
She shares her life and work between Paris and Pouillysur-Loire.
On 28 September 2020 for the first time, an exhibition is dedicated to her, rue des Beaux-arts, at the Galerie Didier Luttenbacher, specialized in decorative arts and more
preciley in ceramics co curated by Aurélie Julien and Florian Daguet-Bresson.
